SPR# KYOE7HM8PW - Fix resolves an error reported when @TextToNumber method is called with DBCS numeric characters. For example, @TextToNumber("123") is OK, but @TextToNumber("１２３") is not ok. Regression since 7.0.3. Fixed in 8.5.3.
